These terms govern your use of the Dermly iOS app and this website, operated by Levin Schwab, Germany. By downloading or using Dermly you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple Standard EULA), which applies to your license of the app.

What Dermly is, and what it is not

Dermly provides cosmetic and aesthetic observations about how your skin looks in a photo, plus general skincare routine suggestions at the category level. Dermly is an entertainment and personal care guidance app.

Dermly is not a medical device and provides no medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Scores and observations describe appearance only. If you have any concern about your skin or health, consult a qualified professional such as a dermatologist. Never delay seeking professional advice because of anything shown in the app.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Dermly. The analysis refuses photos that appear to show young children.

Dermly Pro subscriptions

Full analysis results are unlocked with Dermly Pro, an auto-renewable subscription billed to your Apple ID:

• Dermly Pro Weekly: 4.99 EUR/USD per week.
• Dermly Pro Monthly: 14.99 EUR/USD per month.

Prices may vary by region and are always shown in the app before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You can manage and cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store account settings: open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Purchases can be restored on a new device with the Restore Purchases button in the app.

Refunds are handled by Apple under their standard policies. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Acceptable use

• Only scan photos of yourself, or of adults who have given you their permission.
• Do not attempt to abuse, overload, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.
• Do not use Dermly for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Dermly is provided as is. AI-generated scores are estimates of appearance and vary with lighting, camera, and photo quality. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made based on cosmetic scores or routine suggestions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability under German law for intent and gross negligence.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
